Down the Gorge

$5.00$350.00

Portraiture is not a butterfly thing or even a moth thing. We were heading down an asphalt path following one of several gorges that cut through the face of the mountain upon which Cornell University sits. The path was something of a sidewalk for a series of houses built along with its precipitous length. Going down is not as challenging, except on this particular adventure, there was this moth working the flower beds of these houses, and chasing after this fluttery friend was indeed a challenge. After many misses, I finally got a photograph and proceeded to slide the rest of the way down into Ithaca.
