della Rocca

I was looking forward to going to Ostia Antica because I felt like I had not seen parts of it and that somehow I had missed the barge heading down the Tiber. I still felt the same way leaving this time too, but there was the bonus of being able to go into the Church of Sant’Aurea, which we were barred from due to a wedding last year. My photographic interest was in the Piazza della Rocca itself and the buildings that enclose it. I could have wished for better light, but the structures did not disappoint.
