Crossing

One walks down on the gravel near the bridge into the river on the west side. Wade upstream to about where that pine tree has fallen into the snow. Then you should see a rise in the bottom of the river where you can cross to the east side. If you stay on the right too long, the water gets deeper. Since it is already up to my chest at this point I’m generally not in favor of repeating the experience.
